Returns & Refunds
  1. What’s your return policy?
A return must be placed within 2 days of the date you received your order. The item must be unused with all materials included. Items returned soiled will be denied and returned to the customer at their own expense. 
  1. How do I return my order?
To process a return, please contact us at Hustlersneverfold@gmail.com. Please understand that all returns must be pre-approved by emailing us before sending any products back to us. 
  1. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
please understand that we do not currently offer exchange on damaged products. 
  1. I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Please contact our customer service team via Hustlersneverfold@gmail.com or our contact us page, so that they can work to get you your correct product as soon as possible. 
  1. Can I exchange my product?
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer exchanges on any items. 
  1. How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
Once we have received your returned package and inspected the products, you will be contacted via the email address provided in your original order. Please be aware that it may take some time before a refund is officially posted on your account.

Customers will be notified of items delivery date once we send out tracking number information.
      2.Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
Yes, we offer free international shipping and at this time can process international credit cards. 
  1. Will I have to pay customs?
Hustlers Never Fold is not responsible for any duties, fees, or local taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order. All local fees incurred during shipping or after, are the sole responsibility of the customer. 
  1. How do I track my package?
All orders include a tracking number. We will email your tracking number after your order is processed and dispatched.

  1. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes/cancel an order you have placed, please email us at Hustlersneverfold@gmail.com right away. 
(Hustlers Never Fold order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. Therefore, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the “Place Order” button.)

Yes, all purchases at checkout are safe and secure.
