General Information

• A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, a note will be left explaining where and how to collect your order. We advise once you have been notified about attempted delivery. Follow up immediately with your local post office to avoid having your product sent back to us.
• Occasionally issues beyond our control, such as poor weather conditions, mail service backlogs, or incomplete/incorrect addresses, may delay shipments beyond their scheduled delivery dates.
• If you need to make changes/cancel an order you have placed, please email us at Hustlersneverfold@gmail.com.
• (Hustlers Never Fold order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. Therefore, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the “Place Order” button.)

 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. We will email you a tracking number after your order is processed & shipped.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Important

• Customers will be notified of items delivery date once we send out tracking number information.
• We're not responsible for a wrong address provided by the customer, or packages that are successfully delivered but go missing from the user's property or mailbox. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is accurate and safe for delivery. 
• Customers are solely responsible for any fees or charges incurred in the event a shipment is refused or otherwise returned to us.
